State of Missouri Keeps 99.99% of Child Support to Pay Themselves First

The State of Missouri has failed my children a multitude of different ways but the most gregarious  is the fact that they have kept $1200.00 of the $1202.29, or 99.99%, of my children's child support that they've "collected" over the past (13) months. I use the term "collected" loosely because the $1200.00 wasn't exactly collected, it was intercepted as a direct result of the first stimulus payment that was issued as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. I'm sure the second payment of $600.00 will also be intercepted and placed in the State of Missouri's wallet.

It's really 'nuff said about the character of the State of Missouri....
